Please include your name and you contact information, your child’s birthdate, and when you would be seeking care. After that, we can…

  1. TOUR: Schedule a tour for your family. Your child is required to attend the tour. This mutually ensures that my program will be a good fit for your family.
  2. WAITLIST: If I am currently full, your family can be on my wait list and I’ll contact you when space is available. It is FREE to be on my waitlist.
  3. ENROLLMENT: Available spaces will be offered to families on the waitlist. To complete the enrollment process, families must:
      • Reserve the space with a non-refundable $875 security deposit (this will be counted towards your first month’s tuition. Therefore it is an early, but not additional, fee).
      • Complete enrollment paperwork (these must be complete and submitted to me no less than 5 days before your child’s start date):
          1. Signed Parent-Teacher Handbook
          2. Certification of Immunization Form (or excemption),
          3. Child Registration Form
          4. Tuition Agreement
          5. Photo-Release Form
          6. Family Questionnaire
